Kenny has not had a good experience with HostWay, here is the review:

A week has gone by and Hostway has not been able to assist me with log in problems for features I have paid for and expect to have access to for our business. It appears as if our trouble ticket is a worthless way to waste time. Once submitted, it has seen no action and my use of the service is still impaired. In fairness, the front line guys are nice enough, but they can't do anything to fix the problem.
I am surprised Costco would hook up with a company with these kind of troubles in their customer service department. I love Costco, but this clearly falls on them as much as anyone. There is no value in products you can't use. This comes on top of the whole transfer disaster that cost us three days of service and untold dollars.
