I am Creative Director for a motorsports association. Years ago we had issues with Earthlink. I did some searching and found a company called Hostway. I talked with a gentleman in sales and explained to him the issues we were having with Earthlink. The biggest problems were Earthlink had begun to outsource tech support and the folks answering the phone did not understand basic English. The salesman assured me that they would never outsource. Five years later, they have outsourced tech support and EVERYTHING has gone down hill. Tonight, they have suspended our account due to failure to pay. Funny... our corporate Amex account is most definitely current and active (Just got off the phone with Amex) and they have had no trouble charging to the account for the last five plus years. First thing tomorrow... I am contacting a new hosting company and setting up a new account. I have most definitely had enough of the Hostway BS!!!! They have turned into the worst possible nightmare for a web hosting company. DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT waste your time with Hostway!
