We have been with Hostway for several years and have just reached the limit of patience with their horrible support. We are unable to access our site to retrieve orders every few months & it takes from several days to a couple of weeks to fix. Impossible to reach someone, no call backs, no sense of urgency, no senior level manager to talk to, etc. We are leaving & will not recommend them to anyone!
